With 9'6" door clearance (height and width), our bays are built to handle everything from compact cars to full-size pickups. Each bay is spacious enough to accommodate two vehicles. Total bay length is 55'.

At Rice Street Car Wash, we’ve been keeping Maplewood vehicles clean and shining since 1989. Conveniently located at 1736 Rice Street near the intersection of Rice Street and Larpenteur Avenue, we’re proud to be the neighborhood car wash people trust.
Our wash center features the state-of-the-art Petit i360 touch-free automatic, built with dual arms for faster, safer, and more thorough cleaning — all without ever touching your vehicle’s paint.
For those who prefer to take control, we also offer six spacious self-serve bays with 10 different functions to give your car, truck, or SUV the exact care it needs. To keep interiors just as fresh as exteriors, we provide six self-serve Fragramatic vacuums — powerful, reliable, and perfect for getting into every nook and cranny.
Rice Street Car Wash is proudly owned and operated by David and Haley Knutson, who are passionate about combining modern technology with hometown service. You might even spot their 3-year-old mini-Bernedoodle, Dolly, our unofficial mascot, making the car wash just a little friendlier and more fun.
